DBM Technologie designs and manufactures high performance detachable rigid thermal insulations for temperatures up to 1200°C.
Detachable insulation can be directly mounted on the part or equipment to be insulated. Heatshield is considered as a part on its own. In general, thermal insulation consists of 2 half shells or more, assembled altogether.
Insulation solutions can be manufactured with 1mm thickness plus stainless steel envelopes for applications requiring more mechanical resistance.

DBM Technologie designs and manufactures custom detachable rigid thermal protection for components exposed to high temperatures. Made from half-shells or several assembled elements, these solutions can be fitted around manifolds, turbochargers, exhaust systems, catalysts, piping, nozzles and industrial equipment.
This detachable architecture combines thermal protection, mechanical strength and compact integration while maintaining access to the component when its environment requires removal, inspection or intervention.
The thermal protection is engineered around the geometry of the component, its thermal environment and installation constraints. Its detachable construction makes it possible to adapt the solution to complex components and installations where access to the equipment needs to be maintained.
