Detachable Rigid Insulation

DBM Technologie designs and manufactures high performance detachable rigid thermal insulations for temperatures up to 1200°C. 

Detachable insulation can be directly mounted on the part or equipment to be insulated. Heatshield is considered as a part on its own. In general, thermal insulation consists of 2 half shells or more, assembled altogether. 

Insulation solutions can be manufactured with 1mm thickness plus stainless steel envelopes for applications requiring more mechanical resistance.
