Metal insulation cladding
DBM Technologie designs and manufactures high performance metal insulation claddings for temperature up to 1200°C.
Insulation claddings are made of inner and outer stainless steel sheets with thicknesses from 0.15 to 2mm. These sheets encase high performance insulation materials.

Custom thermal cladding for manifolds, turbochargers and high-temperature equipment
For applications requiring an enclosing thermal barrier, rigid thermal cladding provides protection for areas exposed to high temperatures. These custom metallic enclosures can be adapted to manifolds, turbochargers, exhaust systems and industrial equipment.
The design takes into account the equipment geometry, thermal environment and installation constraints to provide compact protection tailored to the application.
A custom insulating enclosure for complex and large-scale equipment
Each insulating enclosure is developed according to the dimensions of the equipment, its thermal environment and integration constraints. This custom design provides effective protection for complex or large-scale components, particularly when the insulation cannot closely follow the shape of the part.
Robust and quick to install, the enclosure can be manufactured without requiring the equipment to be supplied to DBM Technologie and can combine rigid and flexible insulation solutions as required. It therefore provides reliable thermal protection with high resistance to vibration and fluid splashes, while also offering the option of integrated acoustic insulation.
